About the Artist

Leon Zanella was born in 1956 in France. After studying at the 'Beaux-Arts' in Avignon, he held his first exhibition in June 1974 in the City Hall of Bedoin: 54 paintings were shown and all sold. A native of Marseille, Zanella lives now in southern France. In technique and vibrance, the artist's work has the distinct light of emotion and passion.
